Wave Gear has taken its time to assemble something special. A company who unite design flair with the highest production values, to create contemporary fashion watches with worldwide appeal. Wave Gear began causing ripples in the early 1980s with their first range of colourful hardwearing nurse’s fob watches. Practical, cheerful and reliable, these durable timepieces embodied the key qualities of the professionals who used them. Unsurprisingly demand rocketed.

This early success laid the foundations of the new Wave brand, along with a simple premise; that a great watch shouldn’t just tell time, it should tell the world who you are. It’s proved a winning formula, one that’s taken the brand from strength to strength over the past three decades, allowing Wave to stake a significant claim in the global fashion watch market thanks to sheer popular demand.

Our vision has always been simple; to create watches in styles that appeal to all, with enough choice and diversity to suit everyone, from the understated to the extrovert. In fact it’s the challenge that  continues to drive us.

Our first range ‘Living Colour’ offers timepieces as colourful fashion accessories in a spectrum of vibrant shades, perfect for those who enjoy making a bold statement, or simply refuse to live life in black and white. They are now complemented by watches from our ‘Onyx’ range, providing gentle contrast, with the use of quieter pastel shades and subtle accent colours.

Most recently we’ve been delighted to enhance our repertoire with the help of a classic icon that’s sure to brighten wrists all over the world. Wave Gear’s unique smiley® happy time range is the product of a truly happy marriage, one that’s entrusted us with the rights to use our friend smiley® on the watch faces of our latest range. Bold, fun, unique to Wave, and presented in 18 very different colour combinations and styles, this watch’s most important function is its ability to ensure you’ll always be wearing a smile.
