Delivery Details

Wave Gear aim is to despatch all orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours of receiving the order. This is subject to stock availability and the relevant security checks. Any orders placed after 14:00, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days. European orders should normally be received within 7 working days and overseas orders should normally be received within 10 working days. We will usually use Royal Mail or a secure courier service for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses. All orders received will require a signature on delivery at that address. Once signed for, it will be deemed as delivered.

Wave Gear makes every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website. Wave Gear will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or circumstances beyond our control. Please notify us as soon as possible by email (info@wave-gear.com) if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. Wave Gear will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. Please see below for this information. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, at the address supplied, we shall refund the price of the products less £5.95 to cover our postal and administrative costs. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address. We may require an email as authorisation of a different delivery address to the cardholders billing address for UK orders. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

Returns

To RETURN or EXCHANGE your Wave Watch, you will require a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).

Please e-mail returns@wave-gear.com and provide the following information:

- Order Number – the Wave Watch id or the Wave Watch sales order number sent.
- Reason for return/exchange.
- Model number for exchange watch. If received as a gift and purchased from our website.
- Name of customer.
- Your full name, phone number and email address.

Damaged / Defective If you receive a damaged or defective watch, upon our inspection and at our discretion, we will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the product. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement items.

Warranty Every Wave Watch timepiece comes with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover the life of the battery or the strap, or any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Wave Watch. The warranty is not valid until you have registered your purchase. Should your timepiece become inoperative due to a defect in materials or workmanship, please return it at once to our office at the address shown on the website, packed correctly and postage paid, with a note of the defect and your full return address. The limited warranty is void if the defect is discovered to be caused by abuse or tampering without the watch. To register your Wave Watch guarantee, please complete the form provided and complete all sections.

Security Your order and payment details are sent to us across a secure connection that ensures the information you enter is encrypted and they cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than ourselves.

Please note, we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Privacy At Wave Gear Limited we fully respect your privacy and at no time will we disclose your details to a third party. The information you provide us is used by us solely to process your order and to communicate with you about products and accessories we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish us to contact you, please let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list.
