Returns Policy

Returns / Exchanges If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of an unworn, undamaged watch in its original packaging/ box for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund, or exchange, minus shipping and handling.

Proof of purchase (ie copy of original sales receipt, email confirmation, packing slip) is required for reimbursement. Your Wave Watch must be returned in the original packaging and all links replaced, if the bracelet was shortened. If the links have not been replaced, a cost of £5.95 will either be charged to your credit card or deducted from your refund. If you return your purchase for a refund, we will credit the same credit card used to place the order. If you return your purchase for an exchange, we will credit the original credit card used to place the order, and place a new order for you, with an additional shipping & handling fee of £5.95 posted within the United Kingdom.

To RETURN or EXCHANGE your Wave Watch, you will require a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).

Please e-mail returns@wave-gear.com and provide the following information:

- Order Number – the Wave Watch id or the Wave Watch sales order number sent.
- Reason for return/exchange.
- Model number for exchange watch. If received as a gift and purchased from our website.
- Name of customer.
- Your full name, phone number and email address.
